Who we are

Review Mint provides QR-based feedback pages that help local businesses invite customers to leave genuine Google reviews. This policy explains what we collect and why.

Business account holders

• Account details: name, email address and a securely hashed password (we never store or email plaintext passwords).
• Business details you choose to publish: name, category, description, address, phone, website, logo, services and your Google review link.
• Billing records for subscriptions and standee orders, including shipping addresses. We do not store card numbers.
• Refer & earn: which business referred yours, and counts of link opens and shares. Your Google review link is checked against other accounts so one Google profile is only used by one business.

People invited by email

• If a business owner invites you to Review Mint, we send you one email with their name and referral link. We don't keep your email address, only a one-way fingerprint so you aren't invited twice by the same business, and we won't email you again unless you sign up.

Customers who visit a review page

• No account or login is required, and we don't ask for your name, email or phone.
• If you send the business a private note, we store your message (and a phone or email only if you choose to add one) so the business owner can read it. It is never published.
• We record privacy-conscious usage events (page visit, QR scan, service selected, draft requested/copied, click to Google) with a random, hashed visitor identifier — never your IP address or identity.
• When you tap words (or type your own), those words are sent to an AI provider solely to write review options or fix your spelling. They are not stored with your identity.
• Your review is written and submitted by you on Google. Review Mint never sees your Google account or password.

Service providers

We use MongoDB Atlas (database), ImageKit (image hosting), Resend (transactional email), Razorpay (payments) and AI providers (Google Gemini, Groq, OpenRouter and Hugging Face) to suggest tap-words, write review options and check spelling. Only the business's services and the words a customer taps or types are sent to these AI providers — never a customer's identity.

Retention & your rights

We keep account data while your account is active. Verification and reset links expire automatically. You can request access, correction or deletion of your data by emailing support@reviewmint.tech.
