NFC review standee
Tap or scan: NFC Google review standees
An NFC standee lets customers tap their phone to open your review page — no camera, no app. Every Review Mint standee also has a QR code for phones without NFC.
The short answer
An NFC Google review standee has a chip that opens your review link when a customer taps their phone on it. Review Mint standees carry both an NFC chip (where offered) and a QR code, both pointing to your permanent Review Mint page, so taps and scans are counted separately in your dashboard.
Why NFC plus QR
Most Android phones and recent iPhones read NFC tags without any app. Phones that don't can scan the QR code on the same standee. Both open the same page, and you can see how many people tapped versus scanned.
What makes a good review standee
- A clear call to action: "Tap or scan to review us"
- Your logo and name, so customers know it's genuine
- Placement at the counter or table where people wait
- A link that never changes, so it never needs reprinting
Order standees on any plan
Physical standees are a separate purchase and don't need a paid plan. You preview the exact artwork with your live QR code before checkout, and track the order in your dashboard.
