Google review tools in India, compared on price and features
There are four kinds of tools that help a local business get more Google reviews. They differ a lot in what they cost and what they actually do. Here's how they compare, without naming anyone, so you can judge any product you're shown.

The short answer
A printed QR or NFC standee (₹300 – ₹1,600 once) only opens your Google review form. AI review-writing apps add a written review for the customer to copy, usually for ₹699 – ₹999 a year. Review-management suites (₹900 – ₹7,000 a month per location) are for monitoring and replying across many locations. Review Mint has a free plan that does the counter part properly: customers tap what they liked, get a natural review written from their own words, edit it and post it on Google themselves.
The four kinds of review tools
Almost every product sold to Indian shops, cafés, salons and clinics for Google reviews falls into one of these groups. Many sellers combine them, for example a standee plus a yearly app subscription, so look at what you'll pay in the first year and every year after.
- Printed QR standee: a one-time purchase that opens your review form. Nothing else.
- NFC + QR standee bundle: the same, plus tap-to-open on phones with NFC.
- AI review-writing app: a page that writes a review for the customer to copy before posting.
- Review-management suite: software for monitoring reviews and replying, usually priced per location per month.
Pricing compared
Ranges below come from public price lists of tools sold in India, checked in October 2026. Prices change often and many sellers run discounts, so always check the current price before you buy.
| Tool | Upfront | Ongoing | What you get |
|---|---|---|---|
| Review Mint Free | ₹0 | ₹0 | Review page with AI help from the customer's own words, 10 languages, private notes, WhatsApp requests, basic analytics. |
| Review Mint Digital | ₹0 | See pricing | Everything in Free plus your branding and web address, more services and QR codes, up to 5 other review sites, team members, advanced analytics. |
| Printed QR standee | ₹300 – ₹700 once | None | A printed stand with a QR code that opens your Google review form. No software, no help writing, no numbers. |
| NFC + QR standee bundle | ₹400 – ₹1,600 once | Usually none | The same stand with an NFC chip, so customers can tap their phone instead of scanning. It still just opens the review form. |
| AI review-writing app | Often a standee bundle | ₹699 – ₹999 a year, or ₹200 – ₹400 a month | A QR page that writes a review for the customer to copy. Some plans cap the number of AI drafts. |
| Review-management suite | Setup or onboarding on some plans | ₹900 – ₹7,000 a month per location (dollar-priced tools: about $5 – $29 a month) | Monitoring, reply inbox and reports across locations. Built for chains and agencies more than for getting reviews at the counter. |
Other tools: ranges from public Indian price lists, checked October 2026. Standees for Review Mint are an optional one-time purchase on any plan.

Which one fits your business
- One shop that just wants the link on the counter: a printed QR or NFC standee works, but you won't know if anyone used it, and customers still face a blank review box.
- A shop, café, salon or clinic that wants more reviews that read naturally: a review page that helps customers write from their own experience, with a standee at the counter and a WhatsApp link after the visit.
- A chain or agency managing many locations' replies: a review-management suite, ideally alongside something that actually brings in reviews at each counter.
Questions to ask any review tool before you pay
- Does every customer see the same page, or are unhappy customers sent somewhere else? Sending only happy customers to Google is review gating, which Google doesn't allow.
- Does the AI write from what the customer actually experienced, or a generic review from just a star rating? Generic, repeated text is more likely to be filtered.
- Does the customer post the review themselves on Google? No tool should post for them.
- Is anything offered in return for a review? Discounts or gifts for reviews break Google's rules.
- If I change my Google link or stop paying, does my printed QR keep working, or do I need to reprint?
- Is there a cap on AI drafts, QR scans or locations, and what happens when I hit it?
- What will I pay in year two, after any first-year discount?
Where Review Mint fits
Review Mint is a review page for the counter. Customers scan or tap, pick the service they had, tap a few words that fit (good or not so good), and get short review options written only from those words. They can edit one or write their own, then one tap copies it and opens your Google review form, where they post it themselves.
The Free plan covers one business with the AI help, 10 Indian languages, private notes, WhatsApp requests and basic analytics. Digital adds your branding and web address, more services and QR codes, more review sites, team members and advanced analytics.
